How 24Magix works

Step 1 — Subscribe (about 90 seconds)

Go to /checkout/. The checkout bridge captures your email first (this is how our service vets memberships and how your access stays paired to your account if you switch devices later). After your email is captured, you’ll see the secure PayPal Subscriptions button — that’s the same button millions of subscribers use across the portal. Click it, complete payment ($39.95/mo), and the membership activates instantly.

What you’ll receive in your inbox: a welcome email from our service containing (a) your unique IPTV credentials — username, password, and portal URL; (b) a quick-start link to the player setup guides; and (c) the support contact for the 24/7 email and chat team. Save this email. You’ll paste those credentials in Step 3.

Step 2 — Install an IPTV player app (about 30 seconds)

24Magix is a credential-based portal — it’s not its own app. You play the channel lineup through any compliant IPTV player. The most popular and most thoroughly tested option is IPTV Smarters Pro (free, available on every major platform). Other compatible players: TiviMate, Smarters Lite, GSE Smart IPTV, and any Xtream Codes-compatible client.

• Firestick / Fire TV: open the Amazon Appstore, search “IPTV Smarters Pro,” install. Or install the alternative player your support email recommends.
• Android TV / Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense): open the Google Play Store / built-in app store, search “IPTV Smarters Pro,” install.
• Apple TV: open the App Store, search “IPTV Smarters Pro” (or “Smarters Player Lite”), install.
• iPhone / iPad: open the App Store, search “IPTV Smarters Pro,” install.
• Windows / Mac: download “IPTV Smarters Pro” from the official IPTV Smarters site.

Step 3 — Paste credentials and hit play (about 30 seconds)

Open IPTV Smarters Pro. Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” (or “Add User” depending on your version). Three fields:

1. Any Name — call it whatever you like (“SDZ” works).
2. Username — paste from the welcome email.
3. Password — paste from the welcome email.
4. Server URL — paste from the welcome email.

Tap “Add User,” wait two seconds for the channel guide to populate, and you’re streaming. The full channel lineup, organized by category, appears in the player. The first time you open it, give the EPG (electronic program guide) about a minute to fully load.

Step 4 — (Optional) Add it to your other devices

Credentials load on unlimited devices — the only limit is how many of them can stream at the same time, and that’s controlled by your tier. Repeat Step 2 + Step 3 on the bedroom TV, the kid’s iPad, your phone, your laptop. There’s no per-device cost, no “register this device” hoop, and no admin panel to manage.

• Starter ($39.95/mo) — 2 simultaneous streams. Fits a couple or solo cord-cutter with a backup phone/tablet.
• Family ($52.95/mo) — 4 simultaneous streams. For 3–4 person households with crossover viewing.
• Household ($64.95/mo) — 6 simultaneous streams. Max concurrency we offer — covers large households and roommate setups.

If you go over your tier’s concurrency cap, the next stream gets a “max devices reached” message — close another stream and try again. Every signup starts on Starter today; Family and Household open as upgrades inside your dashboard once the membership is active.

Common first-day questions

“Channels are loading slowly”

First load fetches the full EPG (~1–2 minutes on slower connections). Restart the app once after first launch — afterwards everything is fast. If a specific channel buffers, switch to a different stream of the same channel (most major broadcasts have multiple streams in the lineup).

“My credentials don’t work”

99% of the time this is a typo. Username/password are case-sensitive. Copy-paste rather than retype. If copy-paste still fails, email our service support; they typically respond within 30 minutes during the day, under 8 hours overnight.

“My TV is too old / not smart”

Plug in a Firestick. $30 one-time, two-minute setup, your TV becomes Smart-enough. The full channel lineup, on whatever screen.

“Do I need a VPN?”

Not for 24Magix. The membership uses a licensed channel portal. Some users keep a VPN running for unrelated privacy reasons; that’s a personal choice and not required.

“Will my ISP throttle me?”

SDZ traffic looks like normal HTTPS streaming traffic. We haven’t seen consistent throttling reports from members. If you’re on a known throttling-aggressive ISP and you’re streaming heavy 4K, the same general advice applies as with Netflix/Disney+: occasionally route through a VPN for the heaviest evenings.

What happens if you cancel

You cancel from your dashboard at any time. The current month finishes (you keep streaming through the day-30 mark of your billing cycle) and the next month doesn’t charge. There’s nothing to return — no equipment, no DVR box, no installer. The credentials simply stop authenticating after the cycle ends. If you re-subscribe later, you get fresh credentials and your streaming history is preserved as a guest entry; ask support to migrate it.
