A presiding officer in a Ward in Imo state where it is said to have been cleared by the incoming president, his excellency former governor Peter Obi, has been bringing up flimsy excuses as to why he can’t upload the results, citing issues like network problems and so on, and they need to take it back to their office upload the results, But the voters have sworn to not let him leave until he uploads the election results.
